We want to thank our local partners for their support and the overwhelming success of this first round of applications. Eligibility

To be eligible for Down Payment Assistance, a borrower must meet several qualifications. 

  • Be able to contribute $1,500 of their own money at the time of closing.

  • Income cannot exceed 150% of Area Median Income (AMI). View chart.

  • Must be a first-time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the previous three years.

  • The sales price of the home must not exceed $250,000.

  • The home purchased must be located in one of the five neighborhoods shown below.

Eligible Neighborhoods

The Down Payment Assistance program is now open for applications in the Doling Park East, Fassnight, Grant Beach, Meador Park East, and Woodland Heights neighborhoods. Determine if your neighborhood is eligible for program application by reviewing the Eligibility Inquiry document.
